The Story Behind RA Federal Solutions
Busola Kalejaiye, founder of RA Federal Solutions, began her career where precision is not a preference — it is a requirement.
Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Minnesota, she worked as a Systems Engineer at three of the nation's most respected defense and aviation contractors — BAE Systems, General Dynamics, and Rockwell Collins. In those environments, she lived inside risk registers, configuration controls, compliance documentation, and structured program reviews. The lesson was clear: when the stakes are high, structure saves everything.
Recognizing that this discipline had power far beyond the flight line, Busola transitioned into enterprise project management — leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs at Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta, and Long Term Care Group. She learned how large organizations plan, execute, and close high-stakes engagements across regulated industries.
She then brought that expertise into training delivery as a credentialed trainer, designing and executing compliance-critical systems training for healthcare officials — coordinating large groups of professionals in environments where accuracy and accountability are non-negotiable.
