Our founder, Busola Kalejaiye, brings an Aerospace Engineering degree and firsthand experience as a Systems Engineer at some of the nation's most respected defense and aviation contractors — BAE Systems, General Dynamics, and Rockwell Collins. That foundation instilled a discipline for structure, risk management, and zero-margin-for-error execution that defines everything we do.
